Answer
At Camp Australia we have strict requirements around signing children in and out of a program. We understand that every family is different and work with families to meet their requirements. Specifically only adults authorised by the family are permitted to leave with children ensuring safety, parental wishes and custody requirements are adhered to. The primary account holder can update the list of authorised adults online or with the assistance of our customer service team.
Answer
To appropriately manage your child's care we will require a copy of any applicable court orders. We will review the information and the documents will be attached to the child's records. All information is treated confidentially. If there are any changes, we ask that you notify us promptly.
In the event that an attempt is made to breach a court order the parent/guardian with custody entitlements will be contacted immediately. The police will also be called.

Registration Explained

By its nature Outside School Hours Care is often in service/operation when the school is closed. Subsequently we need as much information relating to the health and wellbeing of your child just as the school does. This can mean that the registration process can be a little time consuming if you are not prepared. We recommend you download the Parent Information Pack to assist you through this process.

To download the Parent Information Pack, please enter your school name in the above field and request and information pack.
