These holidays may look a little different with restrictions in place for some, but we’re determined to give ALL children the opportunity to be involved in The Rocketeers Film Festival.

We’ve brought in the experts in filmmaking, StarTime Studios, to deliver all children across Australia a FREE online educational series, both live and on-demand. So, if children are at home these holidays, they can still learn how to write, direct and star in their very own film.

Our live session on Monday 20th September was a success (the recording is available on our website but fair warning, there were some quality issues when exporting from Zoom!) and the next one is scheduled for Thursday 30th September (register free here). In our second session, we’ll have a Q&A for the whole family to ask any and all questions about The Rocketeers Film Festival Online. And to get them ready to submit their own short film into the competition, a 6-part on-demand series will take them through filming, editing, special effects plus everything in-between.

Add Sunday 24th October to your calendar when the live premiere is set to showcase some of the nation’s best submitted movies, with special guests to add to the excitement!
