Before contacting the Customer Care Team you might find the answer you are looking for in the questions below.

Your statement for before and After School Care usage will be sent every two weeks via email after we have verified and applied any available Government subsidy.

Your statement of usage will be issued every two weeks, with payment due 10 days after the issue date. Automatic payment from your credit card or bank account will occur on the due date of the statement.
If you have any questions about your bill after it is issued, you have approximately 10 days to review and discuss with us.
Camp Australia's Parent Portal is the one-stop-shop to make and manage all your bookings. Easy to use and accessible - it is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can even access the Parent Portal on your iPhone, iPad or mobile phone. Simply visit www.campaustralia.com.au on your device and log-in to your account.
If you need to make a booking with less than 48 hours' notice call the friendly Customer Care Team on 1300 105 343. Our hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – Closed on National Public Holidays.
Before School Care – Breakfast is provided, children can choose from a range of cereals, toast and spreads, fruit and occasionally pancakes and other cooked foods. While water is the drink of choice other drinks are also available.

After School Care – fruit and a healthy snack are always provided, various ‘cooked’ items prepared with the children will also be available from time to time. Children will be encouraged to drink water.

Vacation Care – Breakfast is provided at the program before 8:45 AM. In the afternoon fruit and a healthy snack are always provided, various ‘cooked’ items prepared with the children as part of the program will also be available from time to time. Children will be required to bring morning tea and lunch and are encouraged to drink water.
Food is selected with careful consideration to the children's growth and developmental needs. We follow a philosophy of low salt, low sugar and low fat. We ensure dietary, cultural and religious requirements are also considered along with nutritional value.
If your child has an allergy or medical condition, you will be required to complete a medical management form for the appropriate condition. This form, along with any other required documentation must be provided to staff at the program.

All Camp Australia staff members are trained in, First Aid, CPR, Emergency Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Management.

Camp Australia programs do not provide peanuts, peanut products and other forms of nuts.

All Camp Australia Before and After School Care programs are located on-site at the school, however the location varies from school to school. To find out the exact location of the Before and After School care room at your school, please enquire at the school office or click here and search your school name. Here you will access a school map for reference provided for most of our school venues.
Contact can be made with the Before and After School Care Program by phone, email or through our Customer Care Team. When you register for an Account, you will be provided with this important contact information. Otherwise, this information is also available directly from your school office or at the after school care program.
We understand that from time to time families need a little extra help. To support parents, the Camp Australia Customer Care Team is on call to provide confidential understanding and assistance to families experiencing hardship.
