Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE AT ALL CAMP AUSTRALIA SERVICES

  1. I approve of my child's involvement in Camp Australia's Outside School Hours Service, Sports Camp, Holiday Club or Vacation Care Service, hereafter referred to as the "Service", and have read all conditions on this form.
  2. I give permission for my children to participate in activities organised for the days my child will be attending, including watching G Rated videos/movies.
  3. I authorise staff, in the event of accident or illness, to obtain all necessary medical assistance and treatment for my child and agree to meet any expenses attached to such treatment.
  4. I acknowledge that my child will not attend the Service if suffering from an infectious or communicable disease as identified by the Department of Health.
  5. Except as otherwise expressly required by law, Camp Australia does not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by any participant as a result of his or her participation at the Service due to any cause whatsoever unless caused by the proven negligence of Camp Australia, its Directors or employees.
  6. I authorise staff to apply sunscreen to my child if I do not provide such.
  7. I understand that if my child continuously demonstrates inappropriate behaviour after guidance procedures have been followed, I will be notified and my child may be removed, suspended for a period to be determined or excluded permanently from the Service.
  8. Camp Australia reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions.
  9. I understand a late pick up charge of $15.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof, per child, applies after the Service finishing time.
  10. All Camp Australia Services must be paid via Direct Debit from a Bank Account or Credit Card

TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS CARE SERVICE

  1. I agree to pay for all of the days my child is successfully enrolled in (and not cancelled within the relevant time frame), regardless of whether my child actually attends.
  2. The information I have provided is true and correct, and I have provided Centrelink with this same information.
  3. I�am responsible for communicating this information to Centrelink.
  4. I understand that if any details are incorrect then full fees are payable by me for use of the Service until the details are corrected by Centrelink.
  5. I understand that if my Account is not paid in full by the due date, my child's enrolment and booked sessions may be in jeopardy, and may be subject to exclusion from the Service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE HOLIDAY CLUB SERVICE

  1. I understand that no refunds/transfers will be given upon cancellation of Holiday Club bookings.
  2. I agree to pay for all of the days my child is successfully enrolled in, regardless of whether my child actually attends.
  3. I understand that minimum numbers are required to run each Holiday Club. In the event of the Club being cancelled Camp Australia will notify me by phone.
  4. I understand Holiday Clubs and transport are subject to cancellation or alteration in the event of unsuitable weather conditions or other factors which may arise that are beyond Camp Australia's control.
  5. I give permission for my children to leave the premises to participate in activities as indicated in the Program.
  6. I authorise Camp Australia to use for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs of participants taken at the Club (please inform Club Coordinator if children cannot be photographed).
  7. I understand that bookings made within 5 working days or less of the Club commencement date will incur a late booking fee of $25 per child.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE SPORTS CAMPS SERVICE

  1. I understand that payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment in order to secure booking. A Childcare Rebate receipt will be issued upon request.
  2. I agree to pay for all of the days my child is successfully enrolled in, regardless of whether my child actually attends.
  3. I understand Sports Camps and transport are subject to cancellation or alteration in the event of unsuitable weather conditions or other factors which may arise that are beyond Camp Australia's control.
  4. I give permission for my children to leave the premises to participate in activities as indicated in the Program.
  5. I understand that if my child is not collected by 15 minutes after the conclusion of the day they will be booked into Aftercare, resulting in a $15 Aftercare Fee.
  6. I authorise Camp Australia to use for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs of participants taken at the Camp (please inform staff if children cannot be photographed).
  7. I understand that if utilising the RACV Membership discount, failure to produce my Membership Number at time of enrolment will result in the full charge being applied.
