What does a partnership mean for our existing staff?

Consistent and happy staff are an important element of a successful program and we encourage all existing staff members to join Camp Australia.

In addition to the support they will receive from our Regional Managers, Mentor Coordinators and Head Office Support Teams, they will join a family of thousands of child care professionals across Australia.

Additional benefits for staff include:

  • face to face induction from experienced child care professionals;
  • discounted industry qualifications (Certificate and Diploma) through the Camp Australia Registered Training Organisation;
  • discount police and criminal history checks required for licensing;
  • in-house and discounted First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis Management training;
  • paid professional development each year;
  • peer support network;
  • leadership and management training for career growth; and
  • experience in providing fully compliant services.

What fees are charged at your programs?

All programs provide casual bookings which support parent flexibility and reduced fee permanent bookings to reward regular users of the program.  Some schools also have specialty fees to complement other on-site activities. The fees charged vary at each school and are determined in consultation with the school representatives.  We also openly discuss any proposed fee changes with you before making changes in the program.

What payment will the school receive?

The licence fee paid to the school is calculated by taking into account the facilities provided, fees charged, program hours and attendance levels of the program.  We will openly discuss all these aspects when developing the program to meet your schools' financial and community objectives.  One thing we are sure of, we regularly receive positive feedback from schools applauding the transparency of these discussions.
