As a Camp Australia employee we all commit to:
Being present for the children.
I will attend my shifts and arrive
on time to ensure there are always enough staff to provide care for
the children. In the event that I cannot attend a shift, I will
give the specified notice and follow the appropriate process of
notifying Camp Australia to ensure my shift can be covered for the
safety of the children.
The safety of the children in my care.
I will be diligent in my supervision
and ensure all children in my care are provided with a risk free
environment.
Engaging and respecting the children in my care.
I will consider the individual needs
of each child and ensure all children are given the opportunity to
be included in all that we do at the service.
Working as a Team to provide a positive experience for the
children.
I will respect my Camp Australia
Team and adhere to the policies and guidelines that are in place to
ensure the best possible experience for both staff and children.
This is my promise to the children in Before and After
School Care and I will ensure that my actions while employed
with Camp Australia, always reflect this commitment.
