Before you start the Registration Process, please take a minute
to review the information here.
If your child has attended a Before Care, After Care or Holiday
Club Program with Camp Australia anytime in the last 2 years you
may still have an Account with us. You can have your existing
Account activated in around 5 minutes by calling our Customer
Service Team on 1300 105 343.
The online Enrolment process collects all the information we
need to take care of your child. The information we collect is for
our administrative requirements and legislative obligations.
The Enrolment process includes the following steps:

Explanation |
| Primary Account Holder Information |
Here you will need to supply contact information
for the Primary Account Holder. If you intend to claim for Child
Care Benefit or the Child Care Rebate, the Primary Account Holder
must be the person registered for CCB. |
| Secondary Account Holder |
The Secondary Account Holder is fully authorised
to make bookings and enquire about information on the Account. |
| Emergency / Other Authorised Contacts |
Contact Details for us to use in an Emergency, if
you are unavailable. You can also use this step to approve
additional people to collect your child from the Service. (This
could include Grandparents or Relatives) |
| Child Information |
Provide information about each of your children,
including any special requirements they may have. If your child has
medical requirements you will be asked to provide additional
documentation to the Service at your child's first session. |
| Doctor Information |
Contact Information for your family Doctor or
Medical Centre. We must collect this information to meet our
legislative obligations. |
| Payment Information |
All Camp Australia Accounts require payment by
Direct Debit from either a Bank Account or Credit Card. You will
need to supply payment details in order to create your
Account. |
After you have completed the Online Enrolment you will receive
an email with your Account Number and Password, and will have
immediate access to the Customer Portal allowing you to make
bookings and manage your Account.
