
To ensure the safety of your child and to meet administrative
and legal obligations, we must collect certain information.
Your privacy is important, and the information we collect
will be stored and used in line with the National Privacy
Principles.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will
receive an email with your Account Number, and have immediate
access to the Parent Portal
allowing you to make bookings and manage your Account.

| Primary Account Holder
Information |
Here you will need to supply contact information
for the Primary Account Holder. If you intend to claim for
Child Care Benefit or the
Child Care Rebate, the Primary Account Holder must be the
person registered for subsidies. |
| Secondary Account Holder |
The Secondary Account Holder is fully authorised
to make bookings and enquire about information on the Account. |
| Emergency / Other Authorised Contacts |
Contact Details for us to use in an Emergency, if
you are unavailable. You can also use this step to approve
additional people to collect your child from the Service. (This
could include Grandparents or Relatives) |
| Child Information |
Provide information about each of your children,
including any special requirements they may have. If your child has
medical requirements you will be asked to provide additional
documentation to the Service at your child's first session. |
| Doctor Information |
Contact Information for your family Doctor or
Medical Centre. We must collect this information to meet our
legislative obligations. |
| Payment Information |
All Camp Australia Accounts require payment by
Direct Debit from either a Bank Account or Credit Card. You will
need to supply payment details in order to create your
Account. |
