Make a Permanent Booking

Permanent Bookings repeat each week/fortnight (as selected) throughout the school year until you advise us otherwise.

Permanent Booking Schedules cannot commence in the current week. If you would like to make a booking this week, please use the Casual Booking Page.

Any text you enter in the Schedule Notes will be shown on the Attendance Roll at the service each week.

Adding days to a schedule

You may add days to your schedule at any time by simply clicking on the additional days you require below. These changes will then become effective as at the date selected in the "Starting on week" box above.

Removing days from a schedule

Please note: If you wish to remove days from your schedule, you must do this by going to the cancellations page and ending this schedule, then creating a new schedule with the days your require here.
