Camp Australia is a family business and brothers Anthony
and Andrew Phillips both work in the business on a daily basis. The
Camp Australia family includes thousands of team members across
Australia, of all ages and from all walks of life. One thing we all
have in common is a passion for making kids smile.

Each with their own personality, they work alongside staff to bring
life to the programs we operate. In addition to guiding program
areas in support of the National Quality Framework, kids love to
