enthusiastic person to work in one of our Outside of School Hours
Care Services in Canberra.

Coordinator
We are seeking someone who is committed to working with
children, and who will provide a safe and interesting program for
the children to enjoy. We currently require child care
professionals to coordinate the Before and After School Care
program for children aged between 3 - 12 years at our Outside of
School Hours Care Service at a prestigious private school in Red
Hill.
As a Coordinator you will have the flexibility to design a
program that is unique to your school and the opportunity to
administrate your own service and develop your management skills,
all with the backing and support of a dedicated team at Camp
Australia. As a team member you will bring fun, energy, safety and
creative ideas to the children's activities. You will also be
responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the
School, the Parents, and especially the Children, while encouraging
primary school aged children to lead fun, healthy and active
lifestyles.

Ideal Candidates will possess:-
- A passion for working with children
- A qualification or be studying towards a qualification in
Education or Childcare (Children's Services or Outside School Hours
Care)
- Previous relevant industry experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork
- The ability to bring fun, energy and creativity to the children
in your care
- Drivers license (ideal but not mandatory)
Program hours are 7:30-9.00am and 2:30-6:00pm, Monday to Friday,
plus additional administration time. Applicants must be available
for every week of the school year.
Senior First Aid Level 2, Anaphylaxis Management, Food Safety
Supervisor and a current Working with Children Check is mandatory
for all successful candidates to obtain upon offer. The successful
candidate must hold a Diploma of Children's Services or Bachelor of
Early Childhood Education, satisfy Child Protection legislation and
will be subject to Employment Screening.
