Professional Development
All staff have the opportunity to gain industry qualifications
through our in-house Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our
RTO is a nationally recognised institution; all qualifications that
we offer are part of the Australian Qualifications Framework and
are developed to meet industry needs.

Throughout the year, staff are invited to a minimum of 4 paid
professional development sessions regarding industry and childcare
specific issues as well as peer support skills and development
opportunities.
Onboarding
Once "on board" our staff are fully supported in their new role.
Staff are given a comprehensive induction on commencement with us
and become part of the "buddy" program to ensure they settle into
their roles with ease. On-site support visits are also conducted
regularly.
Ongoing Support
Our staff members are supported with one-on-one meetings,
regional support network groups and Service visits. We also have a
Dedicated Hotline for all staff working in OSHC that provides
priority access for them to speak with our support team about the
management of their Service.
